Chad Werkhoven

Pastor

After growing up in Chino, CA, Chad spent 20 years running a family business building commercial truck equipment and as a firefighter in Sunnyside, WA. He attended Dordt College, earned a BS in Ag Engineering Tech from Cal Poly, and a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary. He and his wife Linda have four daughters.

Lorraine Edwards

Secretary

In addition to being secretary at church, she is secretary/bookkeeper on Tuesday mornings for Russell Tiling in Bigelow (farm tiling). She enters deposits and balance checking accounts for Ocheda Dairy, which takes three or four hours a month. She enter deposits, checks issued and run monthly reports for the Nobles County Fair board. Plus, she watches her two grandchildren, Josie (2) and Easton (5 months) at least twice a week while her daughter-in-law milks cows with her parents. Lorraine also plays organ/piano for the United Methodist Church in Ocheyedan (usually one Sunday morning a month) in addition to playing in our church.
